The house is a newly built coastal haven, featuring soaring ceilings, beautiful fell timber, a giant gourmet kitchen and upscale fun decor. Everything is easily accessible from the ground floor breezeway elevator. Hop inside and it will take you to the main floor where you will find an open floor plan that flows for ease of movement and comfort, featuring a living room with fireplace and a chef’s kitchen. Enjoy ample seating for the whole crew at a countertop, large wooden dining table, as well as couches and chairs a plenty.. Through the towering glass doors and windows you will find outdoor decks with ample seating that overlook the sound.
Also on the main floor (second) there are three bedrooms all with king beds. The primary king bedroom has a ensuite bathroom and the two other kings share a luxury bath right outside their door.
Up the stairs to the third floor you will find another living room area complete with a large screen tv, gaming console and couches for the kiddos to spend some time away from the adults. Additionally there are two more bedrooms up there one featuring another king bed and the other with two twins, both sharing a luxury full bath.
Back outside there is an unground heated pool with pool house full bath, a breezeway with a dining table to allow for waterside dining. If you bring your boat, the dock will make for easy access to all the waters of the Bogue sound and beyond…Enjoy all that the island has to offer with close proximity to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Many of these places are in walking distance. This is a deep-water canal and can accommodate somewhat larger boats even at low tide. Morehead City waterfront, Beaufort Inlet and Newport River are just a five minute boat ride or a short drive away!!
