The main living level, located on the upper floor, is bright, open, and professionally decorated to feel both comfortable and inviting. The updated kitchen flows seamlessly into a dining area and welcoming living room with a decorative fireplace, creating an easy space for gathering. Just outside, a covered oceanfront porch provides the ideal spot for outdoor dining or relaxing while overlooking the dunes and water.

This level includes three bedrooms—one king and two queens—and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups who want everything easily accessible on one floor.

The ground level is thoughtfully designed as an additional living and sleeping space, perfect for kids and grown ups alike. It features a large trundle room with two twin trundle beds that can convert into two king beds, and a second TV/lounge area. As well as a Queen bedroom and 3 piece bathroom.

Outside, a private footpath leads directly from the home to the beach, allowing you to have your toes in the sand within moments of stepping out the back door. A lower-level patio with a gas grill  and outdoor shower offers another space to unwind after a day by the water.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and offers parking for four vehicles. High-speed WiFi and two TVs—one in the upstairs living area and one in the downstairs lounge—provide added convenience for both work and downtime.

 All linens are included. Beds are made prior to arrival with fresh, clean linens, and full sets of bath and beach towels are provided, saving guests the typical hassle.  Starter paper goods are also included. Some beach chairs and an umbrellas may be available but it is best to bring what you need or rent the.  Beach bikes can also be rented and delivered to the home prior to arrival if desired.

This is a non-smoking property, no pets are allowed, and guests must be at least 28 years old to rent.
